a companion holding safe and strong space on a path of healing the weight unconsciously carried for others, and transforming it into creating & living own prophecy.

I help in processes of change towards improving experiences in business and life, through navigating the nature of the Mind, the Body and Nervous System, the Energy of Emotions and Intuition, and all that is i.e. energy of consciousness.
I am trained in holistic health modalities such as Nutrition, Reiki Healing, Iyengar & Integral Yoga teaching, Bowen Therapy, Coaching, Lifebook Leadership by Mindvalley, and I use my intuitive abilities and my life experiences.
I am devoted to ongoing nervous system expansion and embodiment of higher Consciousness, aided by shadow work, i.e. the memories carried by our bodies, awaiting to be alchemised into wisdom and power, and by intuition we all have access to yet often confuse with emotional wounds from the past.
I have education and over a decade of experience in international Finance & Banking (London, Warsaw, Vienna).
WHAT I DO
I work with Leaders, Visionaries, Entrepreneurs, Executives, Creatives, Coaches and Healers and support and guide through manifestation of Goals and Dreams with the aid of Energy Fields.
I use various techniques and methods catering unique needs. Some of them are:
Coaching, subconscious healing, somatic emotional release, energy transmission, (self)healing methods, energy embodiment, utilising and integrating “altered” states of consciousness (night-time dreams, guided astral projection, meditations, breath-work, movement etc).
Adjusting nutrition and other necessary aspects of regaining and maintaining holistic wellbeing.
Manual therapy (in-person in Warsaw, Poland).
