I help in navigating the Energy of Consciousness encompassing the Mind, the Body, Emotions, Intuition and all that is.
I am trained in holistic health modalities such as Nutrition, Reiki Healing, Iyengar & Integral Yoga teaching, Bowen Therapy, Coaching, Lifebook Leadership, and I use my intuitive abilities in all I do.
I am devoted to ongoing expansion and embodiment of higher Consciousness, aided by the memories carried by our bodies, awaiting to be alchemised into wisdom and power, and by intuition we all have access to yet often confuse with emotional wounds.
I have education and background in international Finance & Banking (London, Warsaw, Vienna).
WHAT I DO
I work with Leaders, Visionaries, Entrepreneurs, Executives, Creatives, Coaches and Healers and support and guide through manifestation of Goals and Dreams with the aid of Energy Fields.
I use various techniques and methods catering unique needs. Some of them are:
Coaching, subconscious healing, somatic emotional release, energy transmission, (self)healing methods, energy embodiment, utilising and integrating “altered” states of consciousness (night-time dreams, guided astral projection, meditations, breath-work, movement etc).
Adjusting nutrition and other necessary aspects of regaining and maintaining holistic wellbeing.
Manual therapy (in-person in Warsaw, Poland).
