What stops us from living our heavens on earth are the ways of thinking, feeling and behaving which became our default ways of operating long ago.
This programme is a comprehensive approach to balancing your energy, regulating and strengthening your nervous system, understanding your subconscious mind, and integrating your psyche back to wholeness, in order to help you to become a stronger and more aware creator of your daily life.
What to expect?
This programme is a hands-on bespoke guided process. It is focused on helping you to understand yourself better, to heal your multidimensional consciousness from patterns which limit you in life, and to have the foundations for expanding your nervous system in the future.
The length of the Programme starts at 3 months.
It encompasses Zoom sessions, ongoing WhatsApp support and various resources aiding the process I guide through.
